"The 14th Five-Year Plan of Modern Energy System clearly points out the need to accelerate the construction of modern energy system and build a strong energy country. Reforming the power system is an important part of the plan. Hydropower is an essential part of China’s energy and the study of hydrodynamics is crucial to the development of hydropower. Therefore, we hope to provide an international cooperation and exchange platform for experts, scholars and business developers in the fields of Hydrodynamic, Water Resources and Hydropower, Energy and Electric Power to share research results, discuss existing problems and challenges, and explore cutting-edge technologies.
International Conference on Hydrodynamics, Energy and Electric Power System has been successfully held for six years, attracting hundreds of experts and scholars in the field in total. In order to provide a platform for the experts and scholars in this field to continue to communicate and learn. The 2023 7th International Conference on Hydrodynamics, Energy and Electric Power System (HEEPS 2023) will be held in Beijing, China, from April 21-23, 2023. The conference will focus on the research areas of Hydrodynamic, Water Resources and Hydropower, Energy and Electric Power. The conference invites experts and scholars from universities and research institutions, business people and other related people from home and abroad to participate in the conference. Scholars from home and abroad are welcome to submit papers and attend the conference.
HEEPS 2022 was successfully held last year. All accepted papers were published and have been indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

1.Conference Proceedings
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI and Scopus for indexing.
